We were the first chief engineering unit, established in the year 1980 at Goa, with excellent production facility. The company is sustained under the focused supervision of Mr.N.R. Menon (Managing Director). Being one of the major suppliers of pressing and assemblies in Pune factory of Tata Motors Ltd, we serve numerous products such as New Model Bus Bodies and Industrial Sheet Metal Pressed Components. Our constant efforts have designated us among the prominent Bus Bodies Manufacturers of India.

Achievements

• ACGL does stampings worth about 16,000 Tonnes annually


• ACGL has a capacity to make about 7500 buses per annum. By 2009-10, the capacity will be 10000 buses per annum.


• Till date ACGL has supplied 26,000 buses in the market

Quality Dealings
We entered into Technical Collaboration Agreement with the makers of Subaru Cars, Fuji Heavy Industries Ltd., Japan, in 1987. We set up a highly advanced Bus Body Building Division and several models of bus bodies. Additionally, we have agreement in 1995 with FHI Ltd. to build Monocoque Buses.
